During the critique for both these image prints, I left the visual and emotional interpretation open to the viewer. I made these images to reflect my own personal being and understanding, however, when displaying these images to new viewers who would not normally understand the artists analysis, I believe the image changes in the viewers mind to subtly reflect their own ideas in the images they see. I loved hearing everyone's thoughts during the critique and how their interpretations of the photomontages were different from my own. The relationship between artist, image, and viewer is what makes art so unique.
